        Fullerton Schools Foundation Meeting - Minutes

Monday, March 22, 2021

5:00 p.m. @Fullerton High School Board Room

Call to Order 5:02 p.m.  Present – Kramer, Larsen, Lassek, Plumbtree, Sonderup, Anderson

Dr. Anderson provided an overview of the foundation directors’ purpose and role.

Approval of Agenda  (no changes)   

Motion by Lassek, second by Larsen      passed 6-0

Agenda:

1. Election of 2021 Officers

Motion by Larsen to keep all 2020 officers in place for 2021, second by Plumbtree     passed 6-0

President – Dave Lassek

Vice President – Stacy Kramer

Secretary – Beverly Plumbtree

Treasurer – Beth Sonderup

2. Approval of 2020 Minutes

The 2020 annual foundation meeting minutes were read and approved.      

Motion by Plumbtree, second by Kramer     passed 6-0

3. Financial Report
   1. Dr. Anderson provided the financial report as of December 31, 2020.

Local Savings $ 583.352.84

Checking        $   64,269.71

Edward Jones  $131,975.83

Move to accept by Lassek, Second by Larsen passed 6-0

4. New Scholarship

The Robin and Jean (Dubas) Anderson Scholarship was approved. The scholarship will provide $1,200 each year to an FPS graduating senior.

Motion by Kramer, Second by Plumbtree     passed 6-0

5. 2021 Scholarship Value Approvals

Scholarship values were discussed and approved as presented.

Moved by Larsen, Second by Kramer   passed 6-0

6. Foundation Mailings to Alumni

The foundation will look at sending a mailing out to the alumni.
