The Board of Education met for a Special Meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 5:30 pm. Members
present: Brian Aaberg, Brad Anderson, David Ciancio, Scott Russell and Beth Sonderup. Absent: Angie
Herman.
Public notice of this meeting was published in the Nance County Journal on October 19, 2022.

Approved the agenda as presented
It was moved by Russell and seconded by Aaberg to approve the Elementary HVAC software and
mechanical upgrade by Rasmussen Mechanical Services. Roll call vote: Aye-5, Nay-0. Absent-1.
It was moved by Ciancio and seconded by Anderson to approve the Elementary HVAC service contract
with Rasmussen Mechanical Services for one year. Roll call vote: Aye-5, Nay-0, Absent-1.
Adjourned the meeting at 5:53 pm.
