HELP WANTED: Groundskeeper & Transportation Coordinator

Full-Time, 12-Month Position

BENEFITS: Salary, Blue Cross Insurance, & Nebraska Teacher’s Retirement Plan.

Fullerton Public Schools is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to maintain our district campus, athletic complex, and student transportation fleet.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Grounds & Facilities: Lawns, landscaping, snow removal, field prep (football/track), and maintenance of stadium facilities (press box, concessions, bleachers).
• Transportation: Bus route coordination, fleet vehicle maintenance/inspections, driver training, and serving as a route/activity driver.
• Safety & Support: Serve on the Safety Committee, assist with safety drills, and handle minor custodial duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Clean driving record & Nebraska Bus Driving Permit / CDL with School Bus Endorsement (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification & knowledge of NDE Rules 91–94.
