Josh Wetovick participates in All-State Choir
Launch the media gallery 1 playerSophomore Josh Wetovick was selected from among 3000 who auditioned to be a part of the Nebraska All-State Choir. The choir, sponsored by the Nebraska Music Educators association, is one of the highest musical honors attainable in Nebraska.
Guest conductor for the group will be Andre J. Thomas –the Owen F. Sellers Professor of Music, is Director of Choral Activities and Professor of Choral Music Education at Florida State University. The chorus will rehearse Thursday, November 21st through Saturday, November 23rdon the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus, the host site of the 2013 NMEA Conference/Clinic. A final public concert will be held on Saturday, November 23rd at the Lied Center for the Performing Arts on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.
