Covid-19 Fall Activity Guidelines

 

General Information

 

These guidelines may change at any time with or without notice.

 

Fullerton will follow DHM mandates. Currently 75% capacity for gyms (800 people capacity for main gym which would be 600 people allowed to follow mandate). Outdoor capacity is allowing 100% at this time.

 

Masks are REQUIRED for all spectators.

 

Social distancing is encouraged at 6’ distancing between families.

 

Visiting teams will temperature check their athletes prior to leaving. Temperatures must be less than 100.4 degrees.

 

Concessions will be offered but only packaged foods will be served.

 

Visiting fans will be in the East bleachers of the gym. At the football field, visiting fans will be on West end of the bleachers. Signs mark these areas.

 

No pep bands at this time unless approved by Fullerton administration.

 

Fullerton dance team may perform at half time. No visiting dance teams will be allowed to perform.

 

All young children need to sit in the bleachers with their family groups.

 

Student sections will be allowed at this time.

 

Visiting schools will not be allowed to provide meals for their teams.

 

 

Volleyball

 

Teams will not switch courts or benches. Fullerton will sit on the South bench of the East bleachers. The visiting team will sit on the North bench of the East bleachers.

 

All players will have their own water bottle and towel.

 

If visiting team needs ice, ice can only be handled by home administration or coaches.

 

Fullerton is asking that visiting teams bring their own volleyballs for warm-ups.

 

Sanitizer will be placed on both benches.

 

Each team will dress and shower in their respective locker rooms.

 

Officials will have their own locker room and shower.

 

When hosting a triangular, each team will have their own locker room.

 

Team who plays 2 in a row in a triangular will remain in the same bench area. Other bench area will be disinfected between games.

 

Visiting schools must take temperatures of their athletes prior to leaving for event. Temperatures must be lower than 100.4 degrees.

 

Teams will NOT shake hands before or after any games.

 

We advise all spectators, players, and coaches of both schools to avoid intermixing with too many individuals before, during, or after any game. Please focus on visiting with your family and do your best to social distance while you are visiting.

 

 

Football

 

All players will have their own water bottle and towel.

 

All players will social distance as much as possible on the sidelines. Any additional sideline personnel MUST wear a mask.

 

If visiting team needs ice, ice can only be handled by home administration or coaches.

Golf

 

Golfers will social distance from each other at all times possible while on the course.

 

Masks are REQUIRED at all times.

 

There will be no awards ceremony. Once a team has finished with all golfers, they are asked to leave. Results, medals and awards will be mailed to the respective schools.

 

Visiting schools must take temperatures of their athletes prior to leaving for event. Temperatures must be lower than 100.4 degrees.

 

Players will not shake hands before, during, or after the event.
