1. Board Action to approve the 2025-2026 Budget as follows: General Fund: $7,199,077; Depreciation: $520,000; Employee Benefit: $97,375; Activity Fund: $345,000; School Nutrition: $410,000; Special Building Fund: $750,000; Student Fee: $7,000. (attachment) 

2. Board Action to approve Resolution 2025 that sets the property tax request for 2025-2026 as follows: General Fund: $4,698,944.00; Special Building Fund: $101,010.00. (attachment)

3. Board Action to approve Resolution LB243-25 to increase the School District’s overall property tax request authority by an additional seven percent above the base growth percentage. (attachment)

4. Board Action to recognize the Fullerton Education Association (FEA) as bargaining unit for the non-supervisory certified employees for the 2027-2028 contract year. 

5. Discuss, Consider and Take Necessary Action to Review and Revise Policy 3014 Use of School Property and Facilities
